I wish I could rate it lower... Notifications for my society members are not visible properly. Once someone checks in.l, you will be able to see it only after the person checks out. Approval from notifications window is very difficult Call Notifications do not let you know who the person is.it is just press 1 to Approve and 2 to deny P.S.: My Gate is much better.those who have used it will never use Violate

1) Phone gets hung often when you get an approval request. 2) If there are two users even when approves the other person still get approval request and the phone keeps ringing. 3) Some time one user does t get approval request while other gets despite having good network.

Horrible. Anyway full of bugs, and I have been trying to log in for 48 hours ever since I bought a new phone. An OTP that is valid for only 60 seconds comes after 5-10 minutes and there is no other way to log in. my Vi mobile network is excellent, all other OTPs and calls are coming. My Vi internet is wonderful - but violate has been a nightmare. My society has disabled all other building security systems because of Violate, and now I'm blind about my deliveries, guests, etc.

Initially gave 4* but now reduce it to 1 star due to 2 problems.1st their alerts are real crazy, just too loud and can't do anything to adjust volume levels or change tone. 2nd if you miss notification, you receive phone call but that call doesn't tell anything who or what kind of visitor you have, even opening app doesn't help.
