When we try to lodge a complaint in this app a board gets pop up with some guidance before lodge to complaint. But after putting tick mark we can not close that board because we cannot scroll it upward and size of the board is so large that we cannot find the bottom side so that we can close it. I am using Redmi Note 14 pro plus but this problem is visible. Please update it and make it easy to use.

If you don't want work properly then how people even registered on this application. How cheap and incomplete application even at the registration time application no show any States district nothing then how someone register this application. Doing fraud with government someone who made this application being a part of corruption.

Not working. This App is to raise grievances but where to raise grievances against this app. I am trying to raise the grievance vis app and website and none is working. So good job JK government for such a great initiative and harassing the citizens even more. And what's the purpose of having grievances raised if no one is there to answer or acknowledge... Earlier days were better, given the bribe of ₹500 will do the job rather than raising grievances and waiting for more than a month.
