It stalled a bit when I first opened it, but it's brand new, give them a second. Their clothes are fabulous and the sizing is great. It's quality clothing, and I'm sure they'll be in stores soon. So far, the app looks and works great.

Awfully slow shipping. It took 12 days for my item to arrive. Repeated delays and change in how long merchandise would arrive. Would change the arrival date over and over. Disappointing to say the least.

The app will NOT open!!! Constantly and Consistently freezing!!! The app keeps freezing every time I try to open it, the button on my screen freezes, and I have clicked multiple times to even get to my home page. I've only been able to access the app 3 times.

Can't understand why the app feels the need to play videos with music without the option of silencing the audio???? Like, I listen to YouTube videos in the background on my phone while browsing, and I don't like how the videos within the app overrides what I'm listening to on another app. Also, the app needs to show other color options available when looking at a particular item and then suggest other items rather than showing what I've previously looked at, which is not helpful.

Jluxlabel needs to seriously work on their app and customer service. Like any Instagram store, their service sucks. And that's how you lose customers. Please note the sizing of their clothes is inconsistent. An S in one item fits like a XS and an S as an L in others.

This app has a bug in it, it never used to be slow and not let you add items to the cart and then the whole app disappears, very glitchy makes me whole screen blink.
