It has been designed for Project Managers and Coordinators to manage the bookings for your site resources and scheduling 24/7 with ease and for Project Subtrades to create reservations for your deliveries in seconds.
Features for Project Managers and Coordinators: • Calendar View: Daily, Weekly, Monthly. • Ability to filter the calendar to view bookings for specific resources. • Controls to eliminate double bookings for same resource and date and time. • Configurable options to define your project resources including cranes and hoists, staging and unloading areas, elevators and meeting rooms. • Optional approval workflow with approve/decline capability and full audit tracking. • Notification Engine for reservation reminders, approved or declined booking confirmation. • Ability to access calendars and resources across multiple job sites. • Track additional delivery questions including estimated weight and material type.
