No facility for loading an existing CV **update** And also a nightmare when trying to upload documents! I don't have an in-date passport so 'computer says no', then my birth certificate, the computerized/A.I. system couldn't read my surname .CORT.?? WHY???????? So, eventually after several days I get an email response...that refers me back to the app, and then back to the same computerized/A.I. App that won't accept an out-of-date passport and cannot read my name! USELESS. 3 jobs lost!

The app promises through Mandatory mutual arbitration that after every shift or group of shifts; that a Job&Talent employee will use the built-in "Republican form of Government" rating to "provide for the common defense", and "establish Justice"; but J&T nor ITS do such a Thing, and opt instead for slavish Despotism, and the United States is nowhere to be seized to provide the Constitutional guarantee of such form of Government to The State of Nevada. One star b/c Negative isn't available.

I was for an interview and was waiting for an hour to be let in at the time specified on the app only to be greeted by the security. After explaining that I had a scheduled appointment and showing them the app they went to their manager with my phone as proof only to my surprise that they don't have me in the system, or even they weren't hiring that day period. Saying this app is AI of all things, and they don't have me in any of their records.

My login has never worked and the Job Talent near me took all my information then ghosted me. They even hung up on me. I dread seeing a job is through this staffing company.
