They set up the whole thing to get contractors in front of their software team to find out how they could get even better. The old app was better. I have trouble every day with this app. Hard to make a job from a contact without having to re type in every line again support phone number leaves you on hold without saying how long the wait is. Press 1 to get a call back "soon". I'm busy, I found time to call them with my problem, I may not have time later. I'll be on a roof or driving in rush hour traffic.

Recent update is not user-friendly. My home page switched on me and no longer allows me to see previous tasks or check off completed tasks from home page. Also, all the quick buttons are now at the bottom of the page when they used to be on top. Just a lot more cumbersome to use
