I ordered 2 specs from you and after wearing them I am unable to see from them so I ordered for exchange, but only 1 item can be exchange but when I received my exchange item it was already 8th till then I was shown on app I can exchange the other item but from same day I was trying to exchange other item and even called you no one is receiving the call. But from yesterday I was trying it is showing now I can't exchange now. Even called you they say same. What should I do with other now. Pls help

Worst app in eyeglass market. Don't buy any products from this brand ...this is also owned by lenc kart... Purchased 2 spectacles from this app...after placed ordered I had doubt abt lence thickness and shared mail to their support team cancel my order. But received call from the team convinced me we are using high-end index lence, so he promises we will provide thin lence for your pow lence will not pop out of frame. After his confirmation said ok. But lence is too thick...not doing refund.

John jacobs service is worst they won't parcel correctly .when order came from DTDC courier it already torn apart .when ordered for exchange they came pick up order but didn't update on their website for 3 to 4 days. They did not create order ID for my exchange order I have repeatedly called n tell them create exchange order I'd still I did not get exchange from the john jacobs. Worst. Glass are not that thin u will get soda glasses.
