★★☆☆☆ Have been unable to sign up for the app despite numerous attempts. I have absolutely no idea how to make a payment for spending on the John Lewis credit card. Also, not seen a statement of how much I owe. Will not use the credit card again.

★★☆☆☆ Noonday, Noonday, Noonday. You run a lot of credit card services for multiple providers like JL. Don't know why some cretin in JL management went for them, probably cost. It used to be a lot better before they switched. The access to my account seems to be down a lot of the time. They must have a lot of IT issues there.

★★☆☆☆ Why have you made it so difficult to pay with a debit card now? I do not want to share my bank details with a third party via your app. You have made it very complicated to pay by debit card now, please reinstate this option.
