New Feature Update as of 9/15/2020: Now you can browse profiles to find users you are interested in, when both users tap “like”, a chat window will open, the caveat is the chat window will automatically expire after 7 days. This saves valuable time and eliminates endless back and forth texting that often doesn’t lead anywhere.

Our over-attachment to our phones can lead to feelings of loneliness and isolation (*sigh*) making it difficult to connect with people IRL. Join Me Tonight (JMT) strives to change all this by making going out easy and fun, all while minimizing the time you spend on the app. JMT provides a safe environment for people with various interests to connect and do the stuff they love without having to spend hours on the app trying to sort out plan details.

Whether you want to find someone to check out that new lounge downtown with, you’re bored at home, or you just want to meet people while traveling, JMT has you covered. And we’re not just talking about finding dates. It’s a great app for expanding your social circle and organizing group events. Like, the kinds of group events you’re actually into. How many times have you stayed home because you had no one to do sushi and lychee martinis with? Or sit courtside with at a basketball game? Or get your 90’s karaoke on with? Sure, we all have friends, but they’re not always into the same stuff we are. It’s totally cool to kick it solo sometimes, but isn’t everything more fun with a crew, or a date, or a homie? That’s what JMT is for!

• No more, “hey, you up?” texts at 2AM –– we don’t allow events between 12AM and 7AM (yeah, we thought of that)

HOW IT WORKS:

2) Create an event and spread the word to JMT users in your area, users will tap to let you know they are interested in joining you

Browse events to see what others are up to. If you’re interested in joining, tap the prompt to let them know!

3) Choose which interested users you want to join you

4) Get notified when there’s mutual interest - this initiates the chat feature so you can finalize plans.

5) Go out tonight and have fun!
