The only thing this watch and app don't track all the time is my sleep. It does it when it feels like it. I paid $40.00 for the watch at Walmart so I should get what I paid for. Plus the battery dies way to fast. I do love the watch.

So far so good My husband bought the hybrid + brought it home charged it overnight downloaded the app and synched it just fine. I read through about 100 complaints on the device and so far all I see is that thegoals page bottom two can't be changed. I am on a cheap LG phone running on an android system and all works great so far. Time will tell but so far I think it will be good just a little difficult to understand the instructions and ppl probably don't know that you have to hold the synch button till it hooks up.

To start, I have a Pace Plus. This app does not work with it because it only syncs with wifi/bluetooth devices (which the Pace Plus is not). This application does not give me any option to manually input data/tracking that I have accumulated throughout the day.

I would give this no stars if I could. The app is AWFUL. It doesn't track sleep when you turn it to night mode, but will give sleep data when I take it off and leave it on the counter. It doubles my steps when I sync it. There is ZERO customer service, they tell you it's an issue with your device. Not worth the headache.

Have to keep installing & Uninstalling or won't sync. Then you are missing a day in the log. Also, lost my charger, where/how can I get a new one? I figure even though the syncing doesn't work I can still use it to count steps.

I have the Elite+ with a Samsung Galaxy S5. It synced once. I have not been able to get it to sync since then. I am very disappointed and would not recommend this product or app.
