I'm hoping this helps me reach someone! The past couple days the app or website won't let me log in, and I've had trouble getting ahold of anyone in the support team. I've updated the app, Uninstalled and reinstalled, updated my phone, restarted my phone. I have some jobs in progress I will lose out on the time period and money in my account. As for the app itself, I've really enjoyed working with the brands and up until recently had no huge issues

I got signed out automatically, I go to sign back in, and it says it doesn't recognize my device. They have to email me to verify, but the email won't come. It's not in any of my inboxes. I can't log in!

I am so disappointed. I have been trying to connect my PayPal to my account for over a MONTH now, and I am not getting the OTP and NOONE CAN ASSIST ME ! I thought it was a good app and all then I realize when you have issue no one is there to fix it. MY MONEY IS SITTING ON MY ACCOUNT AND I AM NOT ABLE TO GET IT, I AM SO SAD AND DISAPPOINTED. I thought this was a good business, but I now see it's just a big joke.
