Jolibee should start, Military and all Federal Police and firefighters, sinced the day they open wayback, the biggest customers Navy, decades ago they are all retired new Navy, Marines, Army, Coastguard, today is 9/11 the Owner should, and concur, Fort Bragg 82nd Airborne come here too, Philippine Military goes to school here as well for 6 months all over Va. The Owner or proprietor should read this...and thank you

The best philipino chain restaurant in america. The flavor of the chicken is like no other you have ever tasted in your entire life. No matter what you pick from the menu you will not be disappointed I stand on this. The first time I stepped foot in their restaurant was the day of the 2025 dodgers parade celebration to get the katseye meal. I have recommended this chain to other and will continue to rate how great Jollibee is. <3 you jollibee

Not working with the FFXIV collab, installed and made an account because I don't want to go there in person due to impossible to find parking in that area. The collab showed in app promote but clicking it only lead to normal menu with no collab meals inside. I can confirm the collab meals are available in my area because I went there and got the collab meals before. A waste of time.

I like using but when I need to change the order or cancel, there's no option. Accidentally ordered and called the store immediately to cancel, but they still processed the order and for charge even they told me they'll cancel. I tried calling again, and they won't pick up.

Rewards is useless, I cannot claim the freebie either. Stop telling to your customers to contact the customers service. Why not fix the app? If you really don't want your customers to struggle. Gossh! So filipino culture. 🙄
