Doubled the price last minute because my coat "changed category" (I sent it 2 previous times as a "Thin coat" and now was switched to "Trench coat"). They did not ask if I still wanted the service. I tried to talk to customer service and in the end was obligated to pay for it because the guy was at my door. There is no system for checking with the delivery guys. Never again.

I received my coat back without a zipper and when asked for repair I got an answer that it is too late and should have reported it 3 says max after received the coat. Didn't even occur to me to check if the zipper is still attached to the coat after a dry cleaning !!! Didn't even offer me any compensation of any kind. 0 stars service!
