The cameras are fine, it's the app we are forced to run those cameras on, that's useless. Install is good, everything works, but exit the app...then try to open it again, it just closes.until you uninstall and install again. Frustrating, actually unacceptable for the purpose it's meant to be serving. Time to uninstall and install again for the 3rd time today. Please fix this.

I am a bit curious about this 30-day free trial, I have not agreed to pay anything after the 30 days have elapsed, and so far, I have not seen anything that says I will be charged (thankfully). Please can you confirm that after 30 days the free trial ends, and I have not signed up to a paid service, as well as please confirm what the trial is for what service am I receiving a free trial off and what happens to the app once it runs out.

I’ve been a customer for three years and purchased three of their top models. One failed within the first year, while the two newer models are still working. However, the constant in-app ads were the final straw. For a product at this level, an ad-filled app is unacceptable. Because of this experience, I won’t be buying Jooan products again and have decided to switch to a more serious brand with a more professional app.
