Says "menu not available" and refuses to let you order from some locations. Also, the loyalty rewards system doesn't work. I've had 5 orders, and I'm still at 2/3 orders for a free appetizer. Feel cheated

A restaurant just opened in Salina, KS. This app lists it, but it shows it and all locations closed all the time. The website doesn't have the new location at all. Disappointed!
