★★☆☆☆ Not exactly an AI assistant or LLM chatbot. I'm not sure how to use it properly. Not much info on creating agents and chatting with them. I'd try to use this platform again if it were more user-friendly and had a better interface.

★★☆☆☆ I found this app very useful, but I have found a problem 1. You can't do 2 different tasks at same time in starting a conversation. Eg : send email and when customer asks about something at the same time 2. Sometimes some features like send email, send notifications, etc. doesn't work properly

★★☆☆☆ I can't log in using Google login. I keep getting a drop red bar that says "error". Once fixed, I'll update the review. Love the actual AI bot on my website though. It works SO well!
