Billing nightmare!! Double billed in May, contacted billing a week after starting subscription was told I would be refunded the overcharge. Never came Called in August same thing, called in November same" we'll expedite your refund" still no refund to my CC. What a joke!

It does not download. It was fine for a few months. I cancelled my paper subscription because that wasn't always delivered. I went for the edition at $10 a month. Now I can't read the edition plus it's now costing me $28 a month. REALLY. Where do you go to even find help ??!!

Since the last update I can't get the paper electronically on my android tablet. I am paying for this and am not getting what I am paying for. I would suggest people considering getting the android version should wait until they read that the issue has been fixed before paying for an electronic version of the paper.
