★★★★★ I absolutely Agree using the Journo Print app! It makes creating photo books super simple and fun — just pick your pictures and the app does the layout automatically. The designs look professional, and I was so impressed with the print quality when my book arrived. The pages are thick, colors are vibrant, and the packaging was really nice too. It’s such a nice way to keep memories off my phone and in my hands. I totally recommend Journo Print to anyone who loves capturing and cherishing memories.

★★☆☆☆ I made an order over a week ago and despite paying extra for premium delivery I am still waiting passed the expected date. I have tried to speak on the chat service which was so unhelpful, and I was told I'd get a human response back within 24 hours, yet I'm on day 2 and still waiting and also no further update on my order either.

★★☆☆☆ No ability to 'select all' when adding photos to the album, you have to select potentially hundreds of photos individually. App needs more work.

★★☆☆☆ Way too difficult to change layouts and move pictures. Worked a photo book for over an hour, and it glitches out at the end and lost everything. I will not even bother trying again.

★★☆☆☆ Album arrived damaged. Have been trying to get hold of anyone to resend but no response. I also had about 6 blank pages at the back which were noy on the proof. If I'd known then I would've filled them with more photos. Lovely idea as I love the maps and flexibility of the picture sizes and overall they have printed really well. Just very unhappy with the damage.
