Buyer beware. Purchasing Joy Plus was one of my worst business decisions of 2025. The app never worked, and because the entire “community” depends on the app, the product was effectively unusable. After I paid, communication became difficult and fragmented, and my refund request was denied despite the product not functioning. This taught me a hard lesson: never buy technology you haven’t personally vetted and never rely on demos alone. Speak directly to real users who’ve actually benefited before
