Very handy, you can order ahead, make custom lists, they notify you of a more specific time slot after your order has been finalized. Can recommend.

No traffic, no petrol, no paid parking and no irritating other customers 😂. Door delivery plus they take away your empties and take the deposits off at your house. Better selection than Flink. And cheaper. I'd give 5 stars if they took empties from other stores. And the drivers are always nice.

The app decent, compatible with the latest version of android, and is overall easy to use. Although the app itself is slightly laggy, it's partially due to the Jumbo servers themselves not being at their peak performance to be able to process the amount of users using it at once to be able to load at a decent speed. I have also noticed that there are multiple apps, Ex: Jumbo for workers, Jumbo Extra. But at this point, why not merge the three apps together for best results and simplified use?

Sometimes I open the app and there is nothing in my shopping cart. And I had a lot of groceries. So, please fix the bug. And yes, I restart my phone. Uninstall, install. But I cannot do that always since it's time-consuming.

Why is there no option to share shopping lists, like other supermarket apps? I think many elderly people would like to be able to share their list with family, friends or neighbors, especially when their mobility is a problem.

Loelw performance. After searching for a while it will crash. A few times it asked for feedback after making the online order. But instead of saving my online order after that it just stops the screen. I only found out that they didn't save the online order when I see the truck icon at the top. A few added things onto the order, it just vanished after the order was saved. There were some items missing from the itemized order list, even though we did pay and received it. Confusing and unreliable

Bad UX design imo. 99% of the time I open the app to scan the extras bar code. Mobile Internet connection in Jumbo stores is usually terrible due to all the metal shelf systems. The extra's bar code isn't cached (so internet is required) and it's burried under a button. It usually takes minutes to even be able to scan the code. Why not cache it and show it on the splash screen and/or first page? Instead, I had to make a screenshot to easily scan it from there, but way I won't be opening your app.
