Description
This app will wake up the registration process on the androidlost app when ever a phone call is made, an SMS received, battery is low, a package is added, removed or changed.
There is no graphical user interface for this app. So first install this app, then androidlost, wait a few minutes and finally log in to www.androidlost.com. If all goes well you should get a "Congratulations..." message.
Please note that there is no guarantee that the registration will take place. If the thief has blocked your account (if your phone is locked and he has tried three times) or has done a factory reset you will not be able to install any app.
After a successful registration you should uninstall this app. Otherwise this app will test if the app is registered correctly all the time.
Requires androidlost version 2.15 or higher on phone.
Please note that google has changed the android API so this app only works on android version < 3.

Izzat Isa Could you please create another "Jumpstart" kind of app? Or maybe an update that registered Android Lost by itself. My phone had been stolen and its sim card had been removed. And jumpstart doesn't seem to be working for me. Thanks. Anyway, ill give it a 4 because before this it helped me tharc another phone which was lost!

Thief uninstalls app I've noticed the thief fighting me in the installation/uninstall processes concerning apps. I come to check the progress of the registration, and the app is uninstalled. It's very frustrating, they need to make this thing register automatically and lock out the thief somehow.

Register: GmailContact: android lost registration By the by It seems It does not work for me. Hey, How about having Contact as: "Android lost Register" (for registration) if "Android Lost Jumpstart" does not work. This contact can be added in the Gmail's Contacts, So that the Android lost can pick up this and start registration? If Developer is able to implement this then it's a superb feature. Thanks, Eshwar.

HELP somebody stole my phone a few days ago and I had the phone put on suspended mode (disconnected) adnput on a stolen/lost watch list. Will this app still work for my device? So far have not gotten the "Congratulations." message :(
