★★★★★ Easy to use, packed with loads of resources such as videos and recipes. Easy access to personalized support and use of tools for weight measurement and tracking. Features of the App have been a great part of the Juniper program.

★★★★★ As I expected, the information is excellent. Based on latest evidence and delivered in an easy-to-understand format. The team members are friendly and look very approachable. I am impressed with the app.

★★★★★ I am happy with the app so far, and it works well easy to use and seamless connectivity.

★★☆☆☆ This app is terrible. Considering the price you pay for the program and support through the app, you'd think at least you'd be able to enter your weight without the app glitching out and freezing. The only reason you'd pay so much extra for Juniper is the additional support you get via the app. This really has soured my experience.

★★☆☆☆ The app is extremely buggy. Tracking weight manually is almost impossible, but the provided scales are garbage. Worse than that, the app somehow causes my phone's keyboard to be buggy for other apps too!

★★☆☆☆ Medication has not come over to the App. Says it's for women. All the videos are for medication that isn't available. App does less than the web portal. Not sure why we are being pushed towards the App when portal is better?
