★★★★★ It's the CLOUD what's there to say THE BOMB!

★★☆☆☆ I've paid for their "backup" service for several years. Now I need to restore my files to a new computer and after over a week of trying to restore my files, I still haven't been able to get it to work. I've tried uninstalling & reinstalling, restoring portions of files, had tech support run a 'script' on my files which they claimed would make it work. Nothing has helped, and I still don't have my files on my new computer. Until I get my files, I can't recommend this service to anyone. Steer clear and get a real backup service that works!

★★☆☆☆ Can't contact company even though I paid them $400 in March 2023. They must be out of business as I cannot sign into my account and support is zero.
