Took ages to register, the password boxes don't work with my password manager, location services didn't work, eventually found the salon to check in and couldn't because it was 1 minute before opening, then 5 people rushed in front when the doors opened, so I had to wait an extra 30 minutes. Came back here to 1 star and uninstall.

Same experience as others as saying. I click on Check In (which I assume is how you both check into an appointment, and also perhaps how you book one?). The app just sits there hanging (have had it sitting there for more than 10 minutes) and I have to close it. I am happy to get a $5 off voucher and a free wash for my birthday. But the app is unfortunately unusable.

This app is extremely frustrating. It just hangs! What's the point of having an app, and I can't even check in. OMG!! I rang the Fountain gate store but no answer on their mobile phone!
