Overall a great service and app. Providing excellent coverage of restaurants in the Swiss central city areas and provide a few options in the more rural and remote areas. Would love to see them expand their choices to areas such as Horgan and Wädenswil. App is reliable and has Twint integration for fast payment. Address management in the app has some bugs when switching from App to Desktop such as saved delivery notes not appearing for reuse and duplicate addresses.

Update: since they redid the app the payment process has improvet greatly! You can pay automatically with TWINT Old: The checkout process is slow, and it would be better if one could add the tip before paying for the order.

Huge delivery times as just eat has their own runners, you'd better order directly with the restaurant...

The app is OK, But the service is a complete rubbish! One order was cancelled after 1 hour of waiting without explanation. I got just 25% of discount for the next order as compensation for that hungry hour. OK, I gave them a second chance and ordered in a different place where expected delivery time was 30–50 minutes. And after another hour of waiting, the say it will be delivered in ~20 minutes... The evening is ruined.

This app is extremely buggy, both on iOS and Android. Shopping carts clear every time you leave a certain restaurant in the same session, using voucher codes meand entering by hand because selecting "order now" just causes crash or reopens the app, and copy-pasting isn't allowed... To name a few.

Food delivery more than 1.5 hours later than promised. No status updates in the app. Needed to call the restaurant twice. No option to escalate
