I canceled and still got charged. I did the just under $16 one month trial. I was really good and canceled 1 week before renewal. It started a new subscription and charged me $39. The exercises were enjoyable, but not worth this hassle or the cost of more than a gym membership.

I wish I had read other reviews thoroughly before downloading this app. I was really enjoying the workouts, and now it won't let me continue even though some of the workouts are labeled "free" Just Fit has the potential to be an awesome platform. However, deceiving people into downloading something free and then making them pay is wrong. I can't afford a gym contract hence I downloaded the app. R599 is a lot of money. I don't recommend Just Fit, and I am uninstalling the app

Really wanted to keep loving the app. Workouts were motivating & well-structured. After finishing my 1st workout plan, it went downhill. New plan doubled the timing I asked for, support couldn’t fix it.2 years later, thought I could try again but didn't find time. When wanting to cancel, I was offered a promo rate, but it wouldn't work & after SEVERAL emails, customer service couldn't help again. Apologies to the creators, but lack of support & flexibility, I cancel my subscription & interests in the app.
