Good start bad end. Signed up for a 10 game season, with more than half of the matches having less than 5 players show up and the team refuse to acknowledge this after complaints about people not showing up. Their system doesn't allow to report attendance for less than 5 players. Was good for the first couple of games, but went downhill after that, and I didn't get what I paid for which is disappointing. Edit: Out of 10 games, there were 4 proper games. 2 didn't happen. 4 kick around (3-4 a side)

Just play is just a middle man. Their prices are far higher, and they don't give any health insurance related benefits, which was learned the hard way. They also won't refund anything even if you're out for more than half the season. Though they gave some game vouchers with another company (one game), which I can't use. The app itself is quite basic, though easy to use. Would not recommend.

Shocking experience – avoid this app! I paid in full to play netball on the 22/08 with the competition originally scheduled to start on 12/10. I received no communication whatsoever from Just Play leading up to the start date. After following up myself, I was finally informed on the 12/10 that the competition was not going ahead. Since then, I have contacted them multiple times, requesting a refund and asking when I can expect to receive it. I am now being ignored and can not get in touch.
