Great app. I hated running but challenged myself to run 5k from a starting point of struggling to run for a minute. I trusted the process (although I questioned it at times) and finished the program last week. I couldn't be more shocked that I ran for 30 whole minutes without stopping! I'd definitely recommend the app. It doesn't talk constantly to you, just tells you when to run and when to walk, which worked for me.

Didn't work. Kept saying I had to change battery settings but when I did, it acted like I hadn't.

One star until the incredibly annoying bug gets fixed where the app lowers your Bluetooth volume for an indeterminate amount of time. Thought it was my phone until I closed just run and the problem was immediately fixed
