Started as customer since start of their app, unfortunately had an issue due to misunderstanding. I was unhappy and complained to them, they took it seriously, solved the issue and made sure I was satisfied. I highly recommend Just Clean due to their proficient customer service management. Great app and service, just needs the ability to reschedule and to be able to schedule future bookings. When scheduling a multi cleaning package, the 1st day is always the selected day, so you cannot schedule a future booking on the same day. For example if you are booking on a Sunday, the first cleaning will be the same day, you cannot schedule it for next Sunday. You would have to wait until Monday to schedule for next Sunday.

Customer care is really poor. They charge me without any service. It's been a month, and the refund is still in process. Not recommended

I am extremely disappointed with this company. I booked their cleaning service multiple times, and no one ever showed up. I requested a refund, but there has been no response at all. Their customer service is absolutely terrible – unprofessional, unresponsive, and careless. This is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had with a service provider. I strongly do not recommend them to anyone.
