The AI integration with Claude is a genuine game changer. With other workout apps I had to choose exercises from a list, spending 20+ minutes just making a plan. With the AI I can simply describe the workout I want, 30-60 seconds later I have a solid game plan tailored to the goals I described when I signed up. I can be as specific or general as I want.
