Excellent app, but desperately needs a central wallet! The trading conditions, ultra-fast executions, and 1:3000 leverage on this app are fantastic. However, Just Markets desperately needs to introduce a central Client Wallet (My Wallet) to the user dashboard. Currently, depositing directly into live MT4/MT5 accounts exposes all our unused capital to active market margin risk and potential stop-outs. A central, non-trading wallet would let us securely park our profits, safely manage our risk

Great deposit and withdrawal service. One issue is that the indicators in the in-app Trading View chart do not persist. Whenever I change the instrument e.g. EUR USD, or I leave the app the indicators would just be erased. I recommend you ensure that the indicators persist as per settings. But if there is a setting to make it, so already I would appreciate your reply here on how to do so. Overall, nice broker.

Obviously the app can be slow during times like major volatility or news, but besides that the regular day trading has been great! Easy to set up an account and use, slippages in stop losses are normal, and it sometimes does that for take profits too because of volatility ofc. Overall a great app and would recommend to most beginner traders.

This has to be the worst broker ever. They tend to freeze their app during certain sessions, even when there is no news, you open a trade, but it doesn't get opened immediately until price is way past your intended entry, you try to close a trade when in profit, but they don't comply until the trade turns into a loser, and even the stop loss doesn't get respected even without news they close at a different price when the loss is too big, I hate this

I’m furious and disappointed with my experience with Just Markets. Almost every time I have a withdrawal issue, I end up having to wait a long time to receive my money. My latest issue is especially frustrating: my withdrawal was already deducted from my account, yet I was told that I have to wait up to 7 business days to receive it. I understand that withdrawals can sometimes take time, but having funds deducted from my trading account and then being asked to wait several business days
