I like the app as it gives a lot of useful tips on how to use my k3. The only drawback is that I can't add my device to the app. I have typed my part number in several times and all that I get coming up is that it isn't valid. I have double and triple checked the part number, and it's correct. So I don't understand why the app isn't accepting it. I find it disappointing, and I know that this will affect the pairing with the machine.

Sorry about the original review I left. The difficulty I had was that the QR code wouldn't accept the device I was trying to register. The registration has gone through now and everything is hunky-dory. Once again, sorry and now I'm looking forward to using my device and trying some of the tips on the app.

App is useless. Had trouble logging in, once that was sorted I couldn't add the machine to the app. Scanning the QR code finds the right machine but then returns and error when adding. Archer support have been unable to help, they don't appear to have any training to support the app.

If you add a device it's not kept in your profile & you have to add it again. If you change your country & language it's not taken into account, so the app becomes useless.
