I, too, have had issues with the app. It worked great at first, now it won't load my kid's schedules. I have Uninstalled it multiple times. It worked for a short while then won't load again. UPDATE 12/9/23 yay it's working again!!

Horrible. The app will not work. Been on hold for over an hour to end up hanging on him. Did everything I was told. Delete and reinstall, clear the cache, go through web link. Nothing works. Been using someone else's computer to access it since can't on school computer nor my phone to keep up with attendance. Called 3 times, emailed 2 times and made a ticket report. Fix this, or we will have to unenroll for lack of support
