I've had the privilege of using this app for quite some time in beta mode. I've seen different versions and watched it grow from a tiny little seed into this big beautiful recovery tree that it is now. This app has helped me manage more panic attack moments than I can count, helped me work on growing my self-esteem and learning how to love the real me, and it has helped my eating disorder tremendously. There's not enough WONDERFUL things to say about this app. 10/10 highly recommend to anyone!
