★★★★★ Great app, really looking forward for downloading it. I loved that you don't have to get any "premium things" to unlock the full workout or something and I really hope it stays that way too.

It would really help if the developers could simplify the instructions or add video demonstrations. This way, beginners like me won't risk doing the exercises incorrectly. It would make the experience smoother and more accessible for people just starting out.
