Kakai Go

Kakai Go is the other half of Kakai. It is installed on a phone that a parent manages with the "Kakai" app.

What it does:
— applies the limits, schedules and blocking set by the parent;
— shares the phone's location with the parent;
— shows tasks and bonus time;
— receives the parent's super signal.

Accessibility service (AccessibilityService API). Kakai Go is a parental control app. With the parent's permission it uses the Android Accessibility service to see which app is running on the phone and to block it according to the family's rules (schedules, the daily limit, apps blocked by the parent), and so that Kakai Go cannot be turned off or uninstalled without the parent's PIN. Before the service is turned on, the app shows a screen that explains this and asks for consent. The service does not collect, store or send screen content — text, messages, passwords — and no data is shared with third parties. The parent can turn the service off at any time: log out of Kakai Go with the PIN, then switch the service off in Android settings or uninstall the app.

It works only together with the parent app. No ads and no purchases inside. A parent can delete the data in their app or at kakai.pages.dev/delete-account.
