★★★★★ Well. Thanks for this application, I can read my favorite comic. But lately, when open this application. I got blank. I can claim free tickets.but I can't see the picture. I got uninstall then install back. But the problems didn't solve. My phone also didn't have problems, I still can play game or read online novel. Watch drama at weTV too. But can't get pictures at Kakao. So unuseful free tickets lol

★★★★★ I love everything about kkp, especially the WhatsApp stickers, I hope there will be more soon. And for those who had been complaining about how they have to spend cash on chapters, I think you people shouldn't be. I mean those authors, editors, translators and kkp team have put all their mind and body trying to satisfy all the readers. If everything is free, how they are going to keep their handwork. Zakopane is not for the weak, if you don't want to spend money, just wait for the free chapters

★★★★★ Nice app 👍 Love the special events held here coz not only are they giving us free points/cash & other nice gifts, but the events are also fun, entertaining & often makes me laugh 😆 1 problem bother me the most is abt free stickers for WhatsApp. Each time I change my device (2x, so far), the stickers I've obtained were all missing from my WhatsApp. The first time, it all went back coz somehow the sticker events repeated. But the next time I changed my device, they're all gone. Any solution?

★★☆☆☆ I purchased some tickets and I want to refund the remaining tickets bcs the webtoons were being migrated to Kakao Webtoon. The tickets couldn't be refunded, so I asked the customer service by email. I asked nicely, and I attached some proves. The reply I received were unprofessional, but I still tried to be nice. They said that tickets can only be refunded if I purchased them and I had to wait until July 1, which I did. I tried to refund almost every day, still can't be refunded. Very disappointed

★★☆☆☆ Worst! All my cash are gone just because they moving it to kakao webtoon! They say we can redeem it to kakao weebton just by using our ID but in truth can't and all of my cash just gone!!! Shame of you!

★★☆☆☆ It was fine as it is but suddenly all the webtoon moved to kakao webtoon. I like everything it has in Zakopane, why does it have to move? I'm sorry, but I can't help giving lower star, now I consider uninstalling this app. Goodbye and thank you Zakopane.

★★☆☆☆ It's good. Until u realized that you have to spend tickets to read the next chapter. And there's no other way to read the next chapter unless u wait 3 days to get one ticket just to finally read ONE chapter. I wouldn't recommend this app
