★★★★★ At first, I thought it was tedious booking into swimming sessions, but now I can assess if that session is busy or not. I haven't attended a membership for 15 years but the lady that booked me my membership was great. Made me confident to try it. I am now attending 4 times a week for short sessions and lost a dress size in such a short time

★★☆☆☆ Absolute pain in the backside paying for anything. Can't save the card details, don't accept Apple or Google Pay, have to type the long number in every time and no layer of security?! How to tell an app is developed by a council without saying it's developed by a council.

★★☆☆☆ Really slow just keep getting the spinning wheel and keep missing out on booking classes it's been like this for months now

★★☆☆☆ Very clunky to navigate. Have to click several steps before you reach bookings or to find any information.
