Half the time there is an issue with the app, and you can't even log in. So my card is locked, I need to use it and I can't. If you call Kalsee they can't help you either. They need an upgraded app because this one is the worst.

I constantly have to restart the app just to get it to display my card status correctly. If it is unlocked, then half the time it shows as locked. If you select to unlock it, it gives you an error. The exact same thing happens vice versa. My fiancé has reached out multiple times about her login not be able to work and there is never any response. This app sucks and so does their banking app. The least they could do is integrate them into one thing, so I can manage my card in the banking app.

This app sucks sometimes I open, and sometimes it's just syncing, how is anyone supposed to open and lock their acct when it just sits there syncing. Need a better update or something on this app.

Horrible app! All my cards have literally been hacked right before the holiday, and I can't even freeze or lock my debit card because this failure of an app doesn't recognize my password! How does the Kalsee Credit Union app recognize my password but not this disgusting app?? I already hate Kalsee but this just adds a whole new layer of spite.
