Why you said Spanish and everything in Turkish beside subscribe pay with my card and says "cannot be play" .also in my tablet I installed keep rotating around nothing plays let me know what's going on plzzz

Despite already paying for a subscription plan, the app keeps asking me to pick a subscription plan. No matter what I pick it comes up as an error that I already have a subscription, but then it just keeps loading after clicking 'got it' I've tried everything. I've tried installing and reinstalling the app, logging in and out, and canceling the plan. This is so disappointing
