They have asked me for additional verification - selfie with ID and a code, when I am currently in a country that is not safe to upload data like this. In result, I can't do anything. Well, bye bye then, you collect too much private information. It's not safe to use.

This app is confusing. At creation of account, it never required password. After logging out, it requires password. Password supplied could not be authenticated. How can?

Terrible, would go zero stars if possible. Exchange fees are insane. Charging me $100 in eth to move $150 after Kansas atrocious loss in price.

This company is an extortionist. They rip people off through deposits and withdrawals. Deposit of BTC is charged at 30 dollars while withdrawing USDT is 0.0175 Eth. They only allow Ethereum as bases to transfer funds. No B.Sc. enabled token. Poor community and terrible customer relationship. They never respond to negative reactions because they know they are a legal fraudulent company. I would advise you to stay with your current exchange platform as it can not be as bad as Kangaroo exchange
