I tried their service. After payment there was no response initially. Then very poor customer service and my query for jathakaporutham was answered in one line(and this is no exaggeration.) If you try reaching out to their customers care, they just ignore you and getting a response is really difficult. If you want you can try the online consultation. Do not go for prepaid service.

With all DUE REGARDS. Please don't go for it. I made a payment for recommendation of existing plan, and uploaded all relevant documents. But there was no reply to my repeated mails. They didn't even confirm whether the payment was successful or not. Finally, after 20 days and after repeated mails, they replied with a modified plan. In the meanwhile, I had to consult another Vaasthu. Money, effort wasted, Tension and Blood Pressure acquired.
