★★★★★ This app is amazing. I've been using ot for years, integrated in WWDC dictionary. Yes, you need to know the kanji stroke order, but knowing the stroke order is probably essential if you want to get anywhere with kanji. Question for the developers: in the Codea and More section, is there a way to show the Hasid keyword for each kanji like you can do with Rikaikun (Chrome extension). This would be really useful.

★★★★★ Works perfectly. Some people are complaining about having to know stroke order, but once you've studied japanese for a little while you'll be able to tell the stroke order of almost any kanji just by looking at it.

★★☆☆☆ The app is incredibly unreliable and inconsistent, and requires perfect stroke order to even have a chance of recognizing the kanji.

★★☆☆☆ What idiot created an app for people to find kanji but requires you to know the stroke order? The whole point of people looking up the kanji is because they don't recognize it! Most useless app I've ever seen.
