Unfortunately, the subtitle translation was very poor, unacceptable. I did not use the app after this. I just tried to get a refund, but since I tried AFTER 2 days (as I was waiting for a reply from Captioned email support that I still have not received almost a week later), I did not get a refund for an app that did not work as expected

Even you choose the correct language it's shows subtitles not found. Wasted to pay for this app.

In the preview, the bilingual subtitles are in the video. In the final product, they go off the screen. I want a refund.
