IF they would offer 15 gigabytes for $50 on the refuel program again then I would be a customer again This is got to be the most expensive thing on the market as far as price for gigabytes especially on the refuel branch of karmago. You say how can they charge $15 a gigabyte and then turn around on the pulse program and sell you gigabytes for $3 a gigabyte , I'm still waiting for them to offer a good refuel offer so that I can buy some more gigabytes but so far I'm not going to pay $15 a gigabyte I get a HughesNet work for $40 a month, and I get a minimum of eight gigabytes plus extra gigabytes from 2 to 7 a.m. and then my cell phone service , Straight Talk through tracfone at Walmart with the Verizon CDMA, I get 10 gigabytes for $55 which should be about 6.2 bucks a gigabyte with taxes and 5 dollars a gigabyte on the Hughes and then hughes has a special where I can get an extra 6 Gigabytes for $32 so why would anybody want to pay Karma $15 a gigabyte .So the the US markets are gouging the gigabytes honest you know they're like hey you can't have any gigabytes unless you're going to pay OUR CHIEF corporate officer millions and millions a year and then the powers-that-be so it sounds like they're out to screw the little man over as usual hey instead of charge them $10 for a service let's charge them $100 we can do that I mean where else are they going to get it from if we all stick together and cook together well they have no choice you know if it means left food on their table or less gas for them to take vacations or less for them to put into their family they don't care as long as they can be the richest son of a guns on the face of the Earth so well I'm not going to pay you're high exhort fees so I'm not going to buy ,but I am going to look around for the best deals in my rural area, so I'm not going to be doing any business with you, until you become a reasonable business establishment

Having a Bad Experience with my Karma Account. I upgraded my Data Plan on a Friday, Bad Timing! Now my account seems stuck in the transition. I can not buy and add more data on either the Karma app or their online Dashboard. My data is running out. Karma does not provide weekend support. Their Help Support only works weekdays from 9am to 6pm. In the meantime, I can not switch back to the Pay-as-You-Go Plan nor can I add any data. It should just take my money and give me data when I need it On Demand! Otherwise my experience with Karma has been Great when I have a solid connection with Sprint. Not so great in areas with a weak Sprint connection.

App is fine, however, the service seems confused. The point of a service where you can sip buckets of data as a backup or alternative connection is that it's cheap. Adding $15 a month to share the data you actually pay for, is just confusing. I use karma sporadically and paying a monthly fee when I bought the Go to avoid one makes no sense. Update; so, now you can pay to have a private network...But, you no longer get 100MB per share . It's now an absolutely pointless 100MB a month. If you took away the 100MB per share, you should have given what should be included (a private network option). Overall, I wouldn't recommend Karma. It's on Sprint and the company clearly didn't do any research into sustainability of it's model. It's so far from what it released as, and yet offers less to the consumer...Buyer Beware!

Just notified via e-mail that the "grandfathered" REFUEL program is no longer pay-as-you-go, but instead will have a monthly automatic "account maintenance fee" of $3/mo (EVEN IF YOU DON'T USE THE DEVICE in a given month!) Pay-as-you-go is the primary reason I use this device. Back when carriers made phone tethering a PITA, this device was useful to me. Now, not so much. I also soldiered through paying for a device change. I've been a loyal (if not high-volume) customer. Now Karma has apparently decided I'm an expendable customer. And I've decided I'm not as stupid as the marketing folks at Karma must think I am. Try to work the word "extortion" into your next rebranding. Buh-bye Karma, effective 6/1. It's you, not me.
