The app is very detailed on the different features that come with my KARR security system. One of the features that I enjoy the most is that the tracking map will display live updates of the location of my car as well as a detailed history of its previous locations. It really provides me ease of mind knowing that my car's location is always accounted for. The app is overall very easy to use and if you have any questions then customer service is very easy to reach.

So when I bought my car I was low-key forced to take a system that was "pre-installed"and it works fine but no functionality, like the starter disable and so on. This system answers all the right questions for me and has preventative features that I really like. It's a 10 out of 10 for me. Features like passive arming, location memory are really key for me.

When I click view map, the "current" or "events" tab doesn't even exist. The last location it shows of my car is the dealership I bought my car at. Not really sure how helpful that information is, as it's already been 5 months since.

DO NOT BUY THE VEHICLE, IF THE DEALER TELLS YOU "IT COMES WITH THE CAR" THIS SYSTEM DOESN'T WORK, AND THEY'LL CHARGE YOU OVER $1,700.

This was a great app for the 3 weeks that it worked. For the past few days, the app has not listed the vehicle with KARR installed, and when I try to access Vehicles or Glove Box, the app just crashes. Yes, I've uninstalled and reinstalled it. Same problem. Not happy that we cannot use a system that we paid for!!!
