it's a very good app. There is no app that is perfect. Every app has its flaws.and so does this app. There was one time when karwa app suddenly stopped working due to an error and this caused me a lot of trouble because at that time I really needed a taxi. Then again another time karwa cancelled my taxi, and I was not notified abt it at all.bhai I was standing there waiting for a taxi like an idiot 🙃 Other than that it's a very nice app it gets me from place to place.

The metro express service makes this app one of the worst apps I've ever dealt with. It's not about the availability of the rides, it's about the app failing to book a ride for me and after 30 seconds they will ban me from requesting a ride even though I tried to click a ride to confirm it and the app didn't respond. Overall very badly maintained app with every update they somehow introduce new bugs and issues. You're better off taking the metro link bus

I keep getting error / no rides when booking metro express, even though the driver usually park right in front of my place. Really frustrating and wasting times. Please fix this bug.

Karwa taxi apps for metro this apps now is too bad for my location in onaiza. I can't book all the time every time I want to use it. 👎👎👎 it logs out by itself and if I try to log in again same problem can't book properly. I try to call costumer service and I follow what it said but still same problem. Hope it will be fixed by location located where passenger can enjoy the service. It helps a lot.
