In general the app is good and karwa cars are clean and reliable. Only issue is the area maps the drivers rely on often send cars in wrong direction which ends up costing you more than it should for the ride. If the driver has poor location knowledge this can be a big issue for the new drivers

it's a very good app. There is no app that is perfect. Every app has its flaws.and so does this app. There was one time when karwa app suddenly stopped working due to an error and this caused me a lot of trouble because at that time I really needed a taxi. Then again another time karwa cancelled my taxi, and I was not notified abt it at all.bhai I was standing there waiting for a taxi like an idiot 🙃 Other than that it's a very nice app it gets me from place to place.

New update, new problem with location, when I book karwa, app will show my location somewhere else. Please fix the bug asap.

After new update, it is useless at all. Very difficult to book the metro express. Unable to set the pickup or drop off location

After reinstalling the app it still doesn't load. So now im unable to use the app for ride request and my wallet is unusable. I cannot even access the help center on the app.

I order metro express when I am heading to work, but it always keeps extending the time when it shows the driver will arrive in 10 mins it keeps changing to 12 mins or 15 mins and when I check the driver is not moving for a long time . It's not the first time experience so many times, and I always have to book Uber again please do something about this
