Very good service. Little feedback. 1. mention or calculate the delivery charges outside Karwar city. Because asking for extra money after placing order with online payment is not good. 2. Ability to edit, delete address and adjust the adress fields with extra mobile number etc. (see Flipkart for idea) 3. Mention the expected delivery time instead showing next available slot. 4. Fix the payment gateway there is error after successful Payment. 5. Edit profile not working and asking for password

The delivery was promised the same day however I did not get the order for 3 days despite repeated calls. I did not get a call from the store either. Each time I would call, and they would promise delivery but after 3 days I had to cancel the order and get a refund. Worst customer service
