It works! Since the reviews were negative, I bought the app with some apprehension. In fact the first time I used the app it did not work, so I was not happy. But I wrote to the attack team, and they were very eager to help. They found out the issue, and now it's working! Just make sure you don't use apostrophe in the boat name.

Does what it should! This app is meant to be used as a replacement for a GPS tracking device like a SPOT to send position data to Attack for inclusion on a sailboat race that has contracted with Attack to provide race coverage. It does that and does it more accurately than the SPOT device we had aboard. I can only think that the negative reviews were from people who did not know what this app was for.

Not working on my Razor Installed the app, filled in all the info, and it seemed to run OK. Got back to the club after the race only to learn we were not being tracked. Other droid users at the club had same results. Definitely a problem.
