The characters keep forgetting things and sometimes act weird all of a sudden. After the last update things went south again. Characters forgot things which they have been remembering for months now without any reminder.

I have an active 3-month Premium subscription, but since yesterday my Premium AI is no longer following my instructions. It ignores formatting, doesn't remove characters when instructed, and changes the story on its own. I tested the exact same prompts on a free account, and the free AI follows everything correctly. Please check if there is an issue with the Premium AI or my account. Many Premium users seem to be facing the same problem. Please fix it.
